Warehouse Worker (IT TEST)

Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
Open bales, crates and other containers
Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
Prepare parcels for mailing
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

Print Room Operators

Print Room Operators are trained personnel who produce printed materials by following printing job specifications, setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining the printing equipment to ensure that it functions properly and efficiently. Operators will be the quality control to all the material coming in for print. They are required to maintain full storage of all the printing supplies.
• Read ‘Job Jacket’ for correct stock, class of mail and orientation
• Knowledgeable of the client’s trends and stock
• Quality Control for active projects while in printing
• Submit data material to appropriate printer
• Load corresponding paper to all prints
• Release jobs to corresponding printers
• Upload and adjust data for accurate results
• Stay in contact with Inventory Staff for material count
• Complete Daily Meter Reading Log daily
• Fill out ‘Print Room Pass Down” log per shift
• Follow LOTO process for any machinery requiring service
• Scan every job order to the ‘Job Order’ for factual status of project

Inkjet Operator

Independently set up, troubleshoot, and run Inkjet Printer according to specifications on each individual job ticket, as well as train and mentor other associates in the department. Instructed to provide proofs for client and coordination needs. Technical and digitals skills required for correct set up and transition

• CASS Certify various mailing lists
