Warehouse Worker (IT TEST)

Description

Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Requirements

Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise

Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area

Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards

Open bales, crates and other containers

• Runs Job Board reports to second sign

Print Room Operators

Print Room Operators are trained personnel who produce printed materials by following printing job specifications, setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining the printing equipment to ensure that it functions properly and efficiently. Operators will be the quality control to all the material coming in for print. They are required to maintain full storage of all the printing supplies.

Requirements

• Read ‘Job Jacket’ for correct stock, class of mail and orientation

• Knowledgeable of the client’s trends and stock

• Quality Control for active projects while in printing

• Submit data material to appropriate printer

• Load corresponding paper to all prints

• Release jobs to corresponding printers

• Upload and adjust data for accurate results

• Stay in contact with Inventory Staff for material count

• Complete Daily Meter Reading Log daily

• Fill out ‘Print Room Pass Down” log per shift

• Follow LOTO process for any machinery requiring service

• Scan every job order to the ‘Job Order’ for factual status of project

• Sign off on all the components you completed or assisted to

• Assure that all recycling bins are emptied to prevent overflow

• Replace and Dispose of all tone cartridges

Description

Independently set up, troubleshoot, and run Inkjet Printer according to specifications on each individual job ticket, as well as train and mentor other associates in the department. Instructed to provide proofs for client and coordination needs. Technical and digitals skills required for correct set up and transition

Requirements

• Merge and adjust data files as needed

• Inspect and upload files before releasing to corresponding printers

• Sort each job piece according to mail procedures

• Identify client paper and envelope stock

• Accurately complete logs

• Run multiple printers as needed

• Sign off on all the components you completed or assisted to

• Communicate any equipment issues to technicians and supervisors

after troubleshooting

• Gather correct material for efficient machine feeding while setup

process

• Communicate with Inventory personnel for upcoming jobs

• Perform all quality control checks during printing process

Requirements

• CASS Certify various mailing lists

• Custom formatting of data files per client instructions

• Import files into Accuzip, NCOA and suppress files as needed

• Pre-sort incoming files based on Client Instructions

• Maintain daily contact with coordination staffing and client for each

job

• Solve practical problems and to interpret a variety of instructions

furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

• Key in codes necessary to process information with a high level of

accuracy.

• Operate computer equipment with Microsoft software applications
